Vintage 1940s Yo-Yo Quilt

Very cool vintage 1940s yo-yo quilt! Individual yo-yo pieces are tied into the light blue quilt backing to make an interesting lightweight quilt that is also more durable than the traditional yo-yo quilt with no backing. The pieces are made from a variety of fabrics including shirting fabrics, floral feedsacks, stripes and ginghams, and creates a multicolored field that would be perfect on a bed or hung on the wall.
