Rarely do I find quilts with pieced lettering and I know there is someone out there with a last or first name starting with "S" that will love this old quilt. Each quilt block contains 4 pieced colorful S's with one central red quilted S in the center, 9 blocks total and a border of adorable teal blue floral print. The quilting on this is stunning, filling out the "blank space" in between the piecing. The S's are most likely homedyed.
