Handmade Shearling Antique Egg Basket Purse #4

This is the 4th egg basket purse that I made back in 2023 and am now deciding to part with. 

I make these from antique metal egg baskets that I find local to me in Kansas and Missouri and shearling scraps leftover from the shearling items I make to sell. I try to find the ones that have a kinetic handle that operates a closure, like this one.

This egg basket has shearling in long cream, mustard and black. The top of the bag insert is made from canvas and has a cotton twill drawstring closure. A strap with lobster clasps can easily be added to the metal cage for an alternate style.

Measurements:

11.5” tall with handle, base is 6”

7” diameter
