Made from a variety of indigo and cinnamon/double pink antique cotton fabrics including a set of 4 matching prints in varying colorways and another with two colorways. As it is a tie quilt and decently thick, I am thinking that it most likely has another quilt within it, but I will not be unpicking any of the handstitching to find out. Judging by feel, I think this does have another, even older quilt inside. The border is made from a lovely medium indigo blue. There are also wine red calicos used in the bar design. The same paneling is done on the back side of this quilt as well.
Noted damage: hardly any damage to this quilt, some ties may have been lost over the years
